Facilities and activities for visitors with disabilities

In order to ensure that everyone can enjoy its spaces and collections, the Musée Granet has been committed for several years to a policy of access to culture tailored to the specific needs of different audiences. The Musée Granet has surrounded itself with experts from associations in Marseille and Aix-en-Provence representing each type of disability. Together, they have taken into account the physical, sensory and cognitive accessibility of the museum and considered appropriate activities.

In June 2022, the Musée Granet obtained the Tourism & Disabilities label for hearing, motor, mental and visual disabilities at its two sites, the Palais de Malte and the Granet XXe - Jean Planque collection.
